Can I pick up my order?
Can I come and view your products in person?
We’re an online-only store, and our space functions as a working studio rather than a retail showroom. For this reason, in-person visits aren’t available — but everything we currently have in stock is listed on the website, and we’re always happy to help with any questions before you order.
Do you offer wholesale prices to businesses?
At this stage, Simply Shells operates as a retail-only store and we don’t offer wholesale pricing.
What if my order goes missing or arrives damaged?
We guarantee that your shells will arrive in the same condition they left our studio. If your order is lost or any items are damaged in transit, we’ll either resend the item or issue a refund. In some cases — for example, if a single low-cost shell is damaged within a larger order — we may choose to refund rather than resend. Our goal is always to make things right, and we’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.
Will my order be trackable?
Yes, we use Australia Post for all deliveries and each order get a tracking number once shipped. The tracking numbers are send from Australia Post directly, so reach out to us if you don’t receive one.
