Terms and Conditions

Shells and starfish are a natural product and sizes cannot be guaranteed

They are imported in size ranges and it is not uncommon for this to fluctuate slightly. Whilst every effort is made to try and ensure the shells fall within the specified ranges, it is beyond our control to be 100% accurate and is mostly a difference of a few millimetres.

 

Dyed Starfish and natural colours

Dye reactions can vary resulting colours that may not be exact or uniform throughout. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact colours
 
 

Odour

All the shells and starfish are cleaned, however, due to being a natural product, a slight odour is a common, especially if stored over time. As we package our orders to prevent water damage, you may experience more of an odour upon delivery due to lack of airflow. This should dissipate over time.
 
 

Payments

You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and direct deposit.  All orders will include a printed Tax Invoice for your records. Orders are charged in Australian Dollars.
 
 

Returns

Please choose carefully as we only offer a full refund or exchange for damaged goods. Incorrect or over-ordered goods can mostly be returned for a store credit. Please contact us if you need to discuss a return. Unfortunately, goods that are not easily sold or in large volumes will not be refunded. Please feel free to check with us prior to ordering if you are unsure about any product. Credits are only processed on the return of the stock.
 
 

Shipping Times

Orders that have everything in stock will generally leave within business days after payment is received. If a product needs to be replenished, it may take up to 10 working days to leave. We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to delays in orders. We will however, do our best to send your order out as soon as possible. Please let us know us if you have a specific deadline or would like to know an estimated timeframe for your order.
 
 

Shipping Service

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be sent the safest method based on the size of your order.
 
Delivery is guaranteed, so if you order goes missing we will resend or refund you. We require the normal timeframe for Australia Post to investigate the missing parcel.
 
 

Shipping Costs

Our shopping cart will show you the shipping cart based on the delivery destination once you have added items.
Orders outside of Australia are dependant on the destination and amount you order. Please login or register on the website so the cart knows your destination and the shipping charge will be advised as items are added to the cart.

 

Breakages

We will refund any breakages that occur in transit. If a replacement is required, we reserve the right to refund the value of the shell instead of re-sending the item. This is due to the high charge to send one shell and generally applies to our cheaper shells. At our discretion and at the request of the customer, replacements may be sent. Please contact us immediately if you find any damage to your goods so we can arrange the best way to proceed. We will require a photo (digital) of the damaged goods to confirm breakages prior to a replacement or refund.
 
It is in our best interest to deliver the goods in 100% condition and we pack orders with plenty of packaging to prevent damage from bumps. It is rare to receive damaged goods and it is normally the result of a contractor mishandling the package.
 
Please report any breakages in your order within 3 days of receiving your order using our Damages form We require a photo of proof of damage in order to proceed with any claim. It doesn't have to be a great photo, just good enough to show the damage clearly. The image can be sent in our form.
